Lemar
This looks a little too sharp as do some of my other shots... I'm not sure if Flickr affects the sharpening on upload?
The great Lemar. www.lemar-online.com/
Fabulous voice, very nice guy to talk with, and he has an amazing band.
I was on the road again with soul singer Simon Chiverton (www.simonchiverton.com) who was supporting act for Lemar.
Nikon D7K with 50mm F1.8d. Manual mode. A very challenging shoot as Lemar moves around a lot.
1/125 F2.8 ISO1600 Spot metered. This shot was the best from a rapid burst of four.
I like the fact that when shooting concerts, there is no real control over lighting. You get what you get.
Uploaded in low res. Straight from camera with a crop and slight contrast kick.
