Niagara Falls in Summer 1 (Explored August 31, 2024)

One can feel the Falls before seeing it. The thunderous rush of cascading torrents makes the air tremble, and when it swings into sight there is an overwhelming sense that you are drowning even while on dry land.

Summer may not be the best time to visit Niagara Falls, compared to a visit in autumn (see my album: www.flickr.com/photos/awarah/albums/72157699241048872/), but it is still a sight to behold. No matter how many times I visit, the volume of water always takes my breath away.
