That camper in the parking lot is the Unicat which is an German-engineered 4x4 RV, these vehicles are based on either a MAN semi truck or the Mercedes Unimog and/or Zetros...and intriguingly enough, there was a Unicat RV based on a International truck although Unicats are pretty rare in North America.
