300g / 10.5oz Rib-Eye on the bone - Squires Loft, South Yarra AUD34.50

Blurred because it was quite dark.

 

Rib eye is always very flavoursome, and this didn't disappoint!

 

Even though this was done medium-well, it was still tender and juicy. Perhaps it was because I got the meat near the bone.
