Watermelon Agar Jelly

My Watermelon Agar 大菜 Jelly didn't make it to the party.

 

I decided it didn't look pretty enough, although it was quite tasty.

 

I made it with watermelon puree with honeydew puree for the "skin" and the dark green stripes were made with fresh mint jelly. The puree must have interfered with the agar jelly, because it didn't set firm enough.
