From the irrashaimase of the Japanese-speaking waitstaff to the arigato gozaimasu, it seemed like a good start, but the first taste of the tonkotsu broth was underwhelming. The broth was rich and tasty, but without any MSG, it seemed lacking in porkiness. At least the yummy gooey egg and chewy smooth ramen were good, so was the light and crisp soft-shell crab.
