Beef Brisket and Beef Ball Noodle Soup - Wonton House - with flash

I don't use flash for food shots, but Boch wanted me to! :P

I usually don't like the harsh lighting of the flash, even if I use the Soft Flash option on my Exilim. In this case, it wasn't too harsh, and I prefered the composition of this photo compared to my other close-ups.
