Roasted Barramundi Fillet - Windsor Hotel

Roasted Barramundi fillet, fennel and crustacean cake, crisp pancetta, with a verjuice reduction.

 

A succulent piece of fresh Barramundi with a crispy skin. The fish was so juicy, you might have thought it was steamed or poached. The tomatos in the verjuice reduction provided a nice tang to the sweet flesh of the fish.
