The 111 Spring Street Tasting Platter - Windsor Hotel

The tasting platter was definitely the way to go for variety. The platter was let down by the salty prosciutto and olives, the smoked salmon and mousseline was excellent, as was the milk-fed lamb which went surprisingly well with the sambal beans!

The feta was rich and creamy, but wasn't strong enough, perhaps not to offend the senses of foreign dignitaries who might dine here.

Similarly the veal carpaccio was beautifully presented, but insufficiently robus to stand up to the rocket leaves and dressing.
