I ask you, does that fish looked chargrilled to you? These chefs/menu-writers are crazy! Toc toc toc.

 

Thankfully the fish was quite tasty, and the while they advertised this as "seafood sauce", it was rather more like a creamy bouilliabaise with a nice hit of fennel.
