Millet Flour Steamed Buns - David and Camy Noodle Restaurant, Box Hill

Millet Flour Steamed Buns - DC Noodle, Box Hill

She said they were made of 玉米, in Mandarin, which could be interpreted as millet, or corn...

I liked the springy texture and the nutty yeasty flavour, but they were a bit dry, possibly due to the millet flour, which tends to be less starchy than wheat.
