Insides - ZongZi from Raymond's Mum - yellowish whitebalance

Yummy 粽子 zongzi from Raymond's and Kenny's mums!

 

Raymond's mum's is the Cantonese-style rectangular-shaped zongzi filled with 绿豆 mung beans, 肥猪肉 fatty pork and 冬菇 dried shiitake mushrooms, while Kenny's mum's was a Hokkien-style tetrahedral 粽子 zongzi filled with 花生 peanuts, 莲子 lotus seeds, 肥猪肉 fatty pork and 冬菇 dried shiitake mushrooms.

 

Raymond's mum flavours her pork with 腐乳 red fermented beancurd. Quite an unusual style, but good!
