Chicken Curry - Best One Food Products, A1 Mountain Globe Brand curry paste
Made with A1 Curry Chicken paste for 1kg of meat, and I added a freshly ground onion, ginger, garlic and lemongrass, a handful of curry leaves, 3 Kaffir Lime leaves and 2 tablespoonfuls of curry powder because I had 1.5kg of chicken breast and wings, and 1 sweet potato and 1 potato.
I also added a small 300ml tin of light coconut milk to round off the flavours.
It turned out quite well, most likely because the curry paste had MSG to make it really tasty straight out of the pack!
Please excuse the dirty bowl. This was leftover curry chicken that i reheated in the microwave :P
