Warm Pasta Salad with Smoked Tuna and Caramelised Fennel, with grilled corn kernels and for crunch, carrots and fennel tops. Not bad at all, if I do say so myself.

 

Caramelising the fennel mellows the taste, like baking, but still leaves some of the warm aniseed flavour.
