A very mellow stir-fried yellow curry crab. I think the rich sauce was coconut cream, pounded turmeric and galangal, cooked until it is split. The addition of Chinese celery gives it a nice, almost bitter zing!

Update 2008.04.28: Pawan Thai does a similar dish, Pu Pad Phonk Gari Stir-fried Crab with Curry Powder, but Ying Thai 2 does it better!
