Beef Offal - Post Chiang Cafe

Not the best tasting beef offal I've had.

 

It wasn't very flavoursome and some bits were need more stewing, and others, much less!

 

No wonder my mum said Chiang Kai Shek wasn't known for his discerning palate.

 

The restaurant has a big photo of Chiang Kai Shek outside, and numerous photos inside.
