Soccarat
I burnt the bottom of the pan... but the soccarat was still pretty good :)
---
Prettier and tastier than my previous effort of paella with chorizo and roast chicken :)
Not as nice as the Paella at Colmao Flamenco though!
It's a pity I used shelled-prawns out of laziness. Fresh, whole prawns have much better texture and flavour! But overall, the fresh seafood from Happy Tuna, is pretty good. They make their own mixed seafood from fish and squid offcuts and small mussels and shrimp.
I did make it with authentic calasparra rice!
