The Egg Net Salad was wrapped in an Egg Net omelette, which was rather tough, and unremarkable.
TheEgg Net Salad insides was very good, packed with torn mint leaves and finely sliced lemongrass for a bright fresh flavour. Other ingredients I could spot were beansprouts, sliced cucumber, spring onion, coriander and crushed peanuts.
According to the menu, the dressing was tamarind and coconut cream, and it was a good balance of rich, sweet and tart, but I think less dressing would have been nice.

The food was good and quite authentic, but a bit pricey.
