Curried Celeriac Soup with Spring Bay Mussels - Cafe Vue AUD6

 

A rich and thick celeriac soup perfect for winter. I'm not sure if it needed any curry flavour though. Perhaps a pinch of turmeric for the vibrant yellow would have been enough. The mussels were a bit overcooked though.
