Starter - Fresh snow peas with tuna mayonnaise

Sandwich - Duck and pumpkin brioche

Savoury - Rye bread with baby beaufort

Sweet - Bread and butter pudding with brandy sauce

 

All very yum, especially the tuna mayo. So good, I nearly licked the cup clean :)

 

The duck rillettes in the brioche was a very good match for the nutty roasted pumpkin. The only thing I didn't like was th e brioche, which I always found a bit dry.
