Our family loves going cherry picking each year, it is a really fun activity (and a great reminder to the kids about where food actually comes from, no not just from Whole Foods!).
You get to climb ladders, reach out to the tallest branches to try and find the best fruit. We picked a whole bunch and ate a whole bunch!
Our preferred destination is Maggiore Cherry Ranch and they have incredible cherries this year.
