Batting eye lashes
Eye lashes to bat at any female Southern Cassowary that this male finds in his travels through the forest. His is an endangered species with wild sightings not a common sight.
I'm part of a cassowary conservation group www.kurandaconservation.org/ with the bonus of sometimes sighting wild cassowaries as well as replanting rainforest plants for their food, and raising public awarness of their endangered status.
