Ex-Mosman Recycling
I’m fairly certain Watts Waste ran a pair of these single axle Freightliners with these medium Compaction Systems bodies. As a kid I could swear I recall seeing them around Mosman when they used to do the residential contract, so I imagine one did paper and one did bottles (during the crate/tub days). They were later used for commercial collections, which wasn’t a problem with the existing lifter gear... good old reeving winch and a damn old comb lifter design. Well and truly retired in the Oxford Falls yard, actually surprised this one was still around at the time!
