Cao lầu

Cao lầu is the specialty of Hội An, a noodle soup and felt like a fancier version of regular phở. The name being of the noodles, and some of the additions to the dish though it seemed to vary from place to place. The crispy looking cracking is rice noodles that was fried in the drippings of the pork and makes a welcome addition along with the large rice cracker. Very well-orchestrated by using the pork in two key ingredients as well as the broth.

Top dish to eat whist at Hội An, making it is fun too.
