Returning employees
A New Flyer C40LF brings arirport employees back to the airport employee parking lot (just north of KSEA).
I'm not exactly sure why the PoS bought luggage racks, as these are only used to transport airport employees between the airport and the employee parking lot. I don't know for sure, but I'd assume that employees wouldn't be allowed to park there while traveling.
