Since Tukwila is the end of the line for now, there should be a way of telling which bay is going to leave first without having to go up to the platform. If it turns out there is no train on the side you picked, or one's just arriving, you have to walk down to the mezzanine and back up. We all know that you should never cross, or stand, in the roadway. Luckily there are escalators going up and down on both platforms. The bad part is that people stand on both sides, so you can't use the escalator like moving stairs.
