Lieutenant (Navy) Wilton, the training centre's Unit Cadet Conflict Management Advisor (UCCMA), delivers her presentation to the cadets as part of their intake procedures. Lt(N) Wilton along with our youth counsellor, two padres and all officers at the camp are equipped to deal with any conflict quickly and fairly to ensure a positive experience for all.
