(2005) My Scene Goes Hollywood Nolee Outfit & Accessories
BOX DATE: 2005
MANUFACTURER: Mattel
DOLLS IN LINE: Barbie; Chelsea; Madison; Nolee; Lindsey Lohan; Hudson; Ryan
MISSING ITEMS: Dress, coat, pants, 2 pairs shoes, sunglasses, 3 magazines, 2 tickets, backstage pass, necklace, 2 makeup bottles, compact, popcorn, director's chair
PERSONAL FUN FACT: Oddly, I got these goodies in the 2020 "Avon Avalanche Lot." This group of 24 dolls showcased all collectible Barbies--most from Avon. There were a few outliers though--Cali Girl Barbie, these pieces to My Scene Goes Hollywood Nolee, and some fragments belonging to Rock Angelz Jade. I'm thinking that the play line dolls originated from a different home than the collector ones. That would also explain why Cali Girl was naked, as opposed to all the other Barbies who were still dressed. Nolee was sadly nowhere to be found. I'm assuming she was wearing most of her clothes. But I was lucky enough to find this shirt and wrap in the ziploc baggie we got with the lot, that contained their stands and a few fixings. My favorite accessories are these DVDs. I'm a sucker for doll movies that are actually labeled, and aren't blank. Nolee, as well as the other dolls from her line, came with this little waiting area for the premiere of the movie. I think the idea of this line was super cute and clever. I'm surprised I got so many of these tiny accessories considering some of them were spilled on the ground when we bought the dolls.
