Public two-storey underground car park for visitors to the city of Delft. On top of the garage, a block of fifteen patio homes of 17 meters deep was created. The houses have two fronts. This gives buyers the possibility to have an atelier or office on the ground floor and also to expand their residence with an additional floor.
