Mars Science Laboratory candidate landing site (025holden1_3d)
Water poured out of the mouth of Uzboi Vallis (center) into Holden Crater through its southern rim, in this perspective view by blending images from Mars orbit with accurate topographic data. Holden is a possible target for exploration by NASA's next rover, the Mars Science Laboratory, due for launch in late 2011.
