40054-013: South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) Information Highway Project in Bhutan

Students on their way to the community e-Centers. The e-Centers help young people learn computer skills and programming. The courses are offered part-time, and students who cannot pay are allowed to attend for free. There are 50 ADB funded community e-centers across Bhutan.
