Westminster Twilight

I went to Polish Embassy in London to apply for passport. I couldn`t miss opportunity to take some photos. This one is quite nice I think :) Two exposure: one for the river and the sky - 230 sec. and one for the street lights - 5 sec. Both blended in PS CC.
