The Third Note

This note was not, fortunately, attached to my car. I noticed it on someone else's car on my way to class. I considered removing the phone number before posting it, and maybe if this had been the first note, I would have. But the third? I can't have much respect for the privacy of a man who's left three notes on some poor woman's car, particularly when he dots his "i's" with little circles.
