2011 FEUERWELT. EINE SCIENCE-FICTION
This year’s visualized cloud of sound will be formed and punctuated by fireworks. Pyrotechnic artist Christian Czech (AT) (Pyrovision) has been working together with director Beda Percht (AT)(Cataracts) for several years. They have jointly created a new theatrical style of staging fireworks displays that has garnered them international acclaim - for example, as winners of the Nuits des Feu competition on the grounds of Chantilly Palace near Paris. For this production, they’re joined by musician Thierry Zaboitzeff (FR). His powerful musical themes combine with delicate subtlety to make for a memorable musical experience.
