When Lifting the Curtain (*)
The beats of the Molière weren't necessary, much less the lights that shone on the stage like stars in the sky.
All he had to do was raise the curtains, those striped satin curtains whose bands reminded him of music sheets or simply the stripes on his shirt.
The rising of the curtains made his heart beat faster, while he opened his eyes to an audience eager for a moment of magic, for a moment of oblivion that would transport them beyond a restless and tragically monotone reality.
Every time the curtain went up, it meant a new beginning and the realization that he was alive after all!
Ladies and Gentlemen ! Let the show begin!!

Ao Levantar Da Cortina
Não eram precisas as batidas de Molière nem muito menos as luzes que brilhavam no palco como estrelas do firmamento.
Bastava o subir das cortinas, aquelas cortinas às riscas de cetim cujas bandas lembravam as pautas de musica ou simplesmente as riscas da sua camisa.
O subir das cortinas faziam-lhe fazer o coração bater mais forte, enquanto abria os olhos para uma plateia ansiosa por um momento de magia, por um momento de esquecimento que os transportasse para lá de uma realidade inquieta e tragicamente monótona.
A cada subir da cortina significava um recomeçar e a constatação de que afinal estava vivo !
Senhoras e Senhores ! Que o espetáculo comece !! Que o sonho se torne realidade !!
