Thaxted Gold [Explored]

Taken at Thaxted Windmill in Essex. This sunset was epic, 360 degree clouds and some amazing vivid colours in the sky. Fortunately the corn hadn't been harvested and i managed to find the trusty tractor tracks to make a nice leading line into the image. I set up my composition and patiently waited for the gap in the clouds to frame the windmill and church spire. I really enjoyed taking this shot, a very calm warm summer evening standing in a corn field doing what i love best.
