Maj. Chris Terhune, contracting officer with 917th Contingency Contracting Battalion, Acquisition Support Brigade, Army Reserve Sustainment Command, exits from the HMMWV Egress Assistance Trainer during the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise 2014 at Fort Bliss, Texas, January 15.
