Niagara Falls, NY Niagara Falls Public Library

Niagara Fall Public Library was designed by Paul Rudolph and was finished in 1974, but the city refused to take possession until the endemic water leaks were fixed. It was dedicated in 1982. Currently only the first floor is used for library purposes while the second floor is storage and third for the historic society. Interesting the interior sports his bush hammered concrete detailing while the exterior is clad in cast pebble concrete panels.
