Wordpress Problems

The problem with a new fresh install of wordpress is that their are all kinds of permissions problems all over the place. So I have to go in and fix crap which is annoying. Basically in CyberDuck I just click the parent directory and hit Apple I and then in the info box check off everything I can check off and it fixes this.
