For JulieFrick. So this is my first block for Julie's round of the One Shiny Bee, I think I will make three (if you send me more Kona in Snow, J, hint, hint--a 13" square would be awesome!).
This is the Carpenter Square, aka, Pain in the Ass. It wasn't really hard just very fiddly. It isn't perfect, but don't the imperfections add to the charm? I had to widen the outside strips so that I could get a 12.5 block. I hope you like this and that, at the very least, it doesn't make you want to vomit, Julie.
