* Dodge an intense rain and thunder storm.

* Spend another night away from Rob.

* Go Saturday morning Christmas shopping.

* Watch the river marathon.

* Take a convertible ride in the country.

* Dominate at petanque.

* Visit Dad at the caravan club Christmas rally.

* Sink into a deckchair in the sun.

* Challenge Emily to a scooter race.

* Try my first marshmallow pop.

* Celebrate Daz's 40th.

* Get giddy over my Christmas tree lights.

* End up sunburnt.

* Cheer on our corporate eight rowers.

* Laze in the sun by the river.

* Watch the hydroplanes.

* Give gingerbread sleigh decorating a shot.

* Attend Carols by Candlelight.

* Have a Christmas picnic.

* Wear reindeer antlers.

* Buy more Christmas decorations.

* See the broken oar in person.
