Russian sauna / Русская баня
It was the first time when I went in a Russian bania (or sauna). It was 60 degrees and it seemed very hot. My nostrils were burning every time I inhaled the hot and dry air. I perspired a lot. After about fifteen minutes I felt so good. A feeling of lightness. My face was all red when I came out!
And then I knew that people who go there often, can stay there at 80-100 degrees.
This gave me the idea that a sauna would not be redundant in my future home.

C'était la première fois quand je suis allé dans une bania russe (ou sauna). Il faisait 60 degrés et cela m'a parut très chaud. Mes narines brulaient à chaque fois que j'inhalais l'air chaud et sec. J'ai beaucoup transpiré. Après environ une quinzaine de minutes je me sentais tellement bien. Une sensation de légèreté. Mon visage était tout rouge en sortant!
Et puis, j'ai su que les gens qui y vont souvent, peuvent y rester à 80-100 degrés.
Cela m'a donné l'idée qu'une sauna ne serait pas redondante dans ma future maison.
