Expo 67 'Office of the U.S. Commissioner General memo (Bill Cotter-worldsfairphotos.com website download & conversion)
This, by itself means nothing and is meant to accompany/support the below linked 'montage' and my pointless & futile associated ranting & raving. On that note...
Where would’ve the Office of the United States Commissioner General obtained the information in this document from? ONE guess.

I'm assuming this is what started the inexorable & chronic buffoonery WRT this spacecraft. How it's persisted for this long is also beyond me. Per usual, my several attempts to POLITELY bring this to somebody’s/anybody's attention within NASA has been met with either crickets or the lone instance of "I've passed it on to [fill in the blank]."
And...and…it’s been exacerbated, propagated even, at sites by denizens that I previously considered to be substantially more knowledgable than me. Wrong, they, apparently everybody, drank the Koolaid as well.
Oh well...those who saw it, let alone remember it, or even knew/cared about what they were looking at, are pretty much all dead - so "no harm/no foul."
Isn’t that right…you POS, unnecessarily, UNFOUNDEDLY arrogant & dismissive NASA History Office/Department/Section/Closet (and others) ass-clowns???
