I’m quite certain this work is by John Gorsuch.
Text on the verso, "ARTWORK OF 624 A MISSILE." is a reference to the solid-propellant motor/solid rocket motor (SRM). "624A" apparently being the nomenclature that identifies the SRM associated with the Titan III-C.
