Floods Of 2008

The flooding this spring is very near the record floods of 1993. New flood walls and gates are hoping to keep damage in flood prone city areas to a minimum. More strong Thunderstorms still to come and the Saylorville resevoir is letting more water out by the day. Already major bridges downtown have been closed expecting more water in the downtown areas.
