i've been made aware that i am an idiot.

 

most of you knew this all along.

 

about this photo: a 1949 Argus 75 TLR with side-mount flash, shot hand-held through the viewfinder with a Canon 30d 50mm f/1.8.. sure, its not sharp, it has some defects, there's two pronounced reflections, one over her left breast and another just off of her right wrist, that come from the lights i have in my ceiling. but it is what it is, and thats why i like it. as i hope you do as well.... and despite the fact that she is wearing bright silver Createx body paint, i like that there is enough contrast to show her form without being harsh.

most of the TTV-style photos have all been shot with what is called a contraption, which is basically a mount to hold the taking camera over the viewing camera. in that style you lose the camera itself, and i thought it important enough to include it in this one.
