This festival holds great importance in Maharashtra. The ganpati Processions held on the 1st day and the last day is the main attraction. Several mandal prepare there troops of dhol-taasha and they practice more than a month to perform. They perform with so much of energy and enthusiasm you are forced to jump on their dhol beats.
