Morning on the Mississippi
I dragged myself out fairly early yesterday morning and drove up to Blakeney. The best sunrise would have been to the left behind the trees, but I couldn't get there — at least not keeping the river in the photo. I do like the view upriver: upriver being southerly on our little Mississippi River.
I shot this a Blakeney Rapids. It's a 4 exposure HDR although I don't think the HDRing was necessary; I just tend to do it that way sometimes. It was a costly shot, as I was near the water on sloping rocks to get this view, and the handheld part of my remote/intervalometer took a tumble into the drink. I retrieved it, but ... #shakeshisheadsadly
