Mr. Munikrishna was a typical small businessman aspiring to do something big. He was looking to start a good retail business in garments. This happened with the help & guidance of Friends who had a hand in garment industry.
He opened his first showroom at Kengeri, Mysore road. He felt it was moderately successful. But over time it started pinching him due to leakage of inventory & cash flow. He was not a happy man. One BIG reason, though he is 1005 owner of the shop, 1005 of the time owners cannot sit. He would go home for lunch, going out for purchases etc.. would make him not available st the stores.
His friends, knowing his plight, suggested him to computerize the shop process with GOOD software, which is purely made for his kind of business. "Just buying some software that gives out Barcode & some printouts will not help.", his friends suggested.
He again relied on the help of some well informed & educated guys in his circle, to look for software.

The one in the picture is biggest of his venture with 3000 Sqft floor space. This is in Peenya. Due to his past experience, He again bought Excelcube 2.1 - software for this BIG garment shop.
He could cut cost and achieved better cash flow , Inventory management. He became expert in using software for better purchasing decisions.
