"Tan Line Strategy"

The sign says -- Heard on the Porch: "I Need a New Tan Line Strategy."

 

Have no idea what it means. I Googled it and found a couple of (generally nasty) comments linking it to Starbucks. But since I don't do Starbucks, I wouldn't know.
